Integration is one of the most important topics of today's society. Especially sports clubs make an important contribution to integration in daily life. Our SV UNSU Karate Höchst i. Odw. e.V. excels by many ideas in the field of integration and consented to cooperate with „Integration durch Sport“ (integration through sports) a program by Sportjugend Hessen.

The sport of karate in particular teaches and promotes in addition to physical training the development of the own personality, self-control and patience as much as a respectful dealing with people of any nationality and any age.

Through our dedicated coach Mohammed Abu Wahib (Karate Shotokan Europe (ESKA), World Cup (WSKA) Champion and multiple German Champion), who invests much of his time in the development of our youth, his young pupils could achieve great success in international tournaments already in the first year. To date several of his students were appointed to the Hessian junior squad, and several athletes in the National Executive. This shows: We're on the right track!
